如果到敝店的 Google Maps 查看評論,會發現好幾則提到我的名字的留言。
而最近來自Carl的這則留言,讓我很開心、很感動,也有一點點小驕傲。

不為別的,正因為我清楚記得自己和這對準夫妻來往、對話的銷售過程,自己有多麼盡心盡力,只求能在我的能力範圍內,替他們找到符合Carl的風格、預算等需求的最佳選項。
再者,在彼此都有禮貌、有耐心,一個願說、一個願聽的前提下,我作為銷售顧問,能碰上磁場相契合、談話有交集的客戶,且在最後都對彼此留下深刻印象⋯⋯這件事就跟交到好朋友、找到好對象一樣,真的很不容易、很難得。
我記得他們的溫和、信賴與耐心。我感謝他們相信我說的每一個字。
在英國精品業待了這麼些年頭,客戶的正面回饋對我來說固然是獲得成就感、得到肯定的直接方式,在網路上的公開評價更是建立我身為銷售顧問的信譽和知名度的方法。
但,並非每一則都能讓我覺得「謝謝你看見我的真誠與用心,這是我之所以能夠堅持下去的動力」。
謝謝Carl寫得如此具體的回饋,讓我能實實在在地看見自己在工作上的長處在哪裡。
還待在百年靈的日子,我會期許自己一直保有這樣的工作態度,成為許多客戶覺得值得信賴的腕錶顧問。

Among them, a recent review from Carl truly made me feel happy, touched, and yes, a little proud.
Not for the praise itself, but because I clearly remember the entire journey I shared with him and his fiancée. From our conversations to the decision-making process, I put genuine effort into understanding their needs, simply aiming to find the best possible option that aligned with Carl’s style and budget.
At the same time, when both sides are patient, respectful, and willing to communicate, when one is willing to share and the other willing to listen – something special happens.
As a sales associate, meeting clients who genuinely connect with you, where conversations flow naturally and both sides leave with a lasting impression…
is honestly as rare and meaningful as forming a great friendship or finding the right partner.
I remember their kindness, their trust, and their patience. And I’m deeply grateful that they trusted every word I shared with them.
Having worked in the UK luxury retail industry for several years, client feedback has always been a direct source of motivation and recognition for me. Public reviews, in particular, also play an important role in building credibility and visibility as a sales consultant.
