Oh My Gold! 我的百年靈銷售金獎 2023 – Miss Aurora at Breitling UK

2023 Financial Year截至目前為止,我的18K金錶款銷售紀錄。

上週末下班後,我在WhatsApp私訊了咱們店經理Sam,說道:

「我剛剛發現自己已經連續三個月都賣出一支18K金的錶了欸!現在開放任何稱讚和鼓勵喔老大😆」

幾分鐘後,Sam這樣回覆我:「妳個小傳奇」

雖然我確實期待你回覆得比這個更多啦,不過我還是很尊重你給我的這句讚美;就像我也很清楚,做為你旗下的一員,你確實非常看重我。而且,若沒有你和其他所有同事們的協助,我也沒辦法達到這個成就。所以,謝啦!🙏🏻

不過,我還是想藉著寫下這篇貼文來紀念一下這個里程碑——畢竟「連續三個月各賣出一支18K金錶款」這件事對我來說並不是每天都會發生的,對吧?

那麼,以下就是我的「金錶2023」紀錄:

🎖️4月- Transocean B01 Chronograph 43 

🎖️5月 – Navitimer 8 B01 Chronograph 43

接著就是8月到10月的連三月紀錄:

🎖️August – Transocean B05 Unitime 46

🎖️September – Navitimer B01 Chronograph 43

🎖️October – Galactic 29 Sleek

以上五支錶款的銷售單價平均,是1萬2880鎊。折合台幣約51.5萬。

作為一個母語並非英語的百年靈英國總公司員工——這個對瑞士製錶品牌Breitling來說非常重要、有著強烈歷史連結的市場——我對自己目前為止在公司裡的表現非常滿意。就像我的前同事Lior曾對我說過的:CRM(客戶關係管理)是一切的關鍵!

我感謝所有同事對我的訓練和幫助。

我對自己在工作上持續付出的努力感到驕傲(雖然有時候我可能有點粗線條哈哈哈)。

對於我的客戶們透過各種管道所給予我的回饋,像是在Google地圖、email或店裡的WhatsApp訊息上,我都覺得非常感動。

最重要的是,對於公司對我的認可,我十分感激,尤其在百年靈英國以雇主身份作為我工作簽證的贊助人一事上。說到簽證,目前的進度是,我已經在9月初送件申請了,最慢應該能在11月初之前得到結果。

最後,我想說的是,只要我還在百年靈英國總公司,我就會持續學習和發展自己能夠貢獻給我的團隊和公司本身的相關技能。我不會停下腳步的——繼續努力朝金銷售邁進吧。

OH MY GOLD! AWARD 2023

After I finished work last weekend, I texted my manager Samuel with this playful message below:

“Just realised that I’ve sold a gold watch per month since August for 3 months in a row! I’m open to any kind of praise boss!😆

A few minutes later, I received Sam’s response – “Lil legend”

Although I did expect a little more than that, I respect your compliment Sam, as much as I know how much you value me as a staff in your team. Also, if I didn’t get your and everyone’s help in the boutique, I wouldn’t be able to attain this achievement. So I’ll take that. Thanks!🙏

However, I’d still like to memorise the milestone by writing this post. It’s not often to me to sell a 18 carat gold case watch in 3 months in a row after all, is it?

So here’s my Gold Piece 2023 record –

Subsequently, the August to October –

The sold price in average of these 5 pieces is £12,880.

As an employee whose first language is not English in Bretiling UK., the very important and historical market for Breitling in the world, I’m delighted with my performance so far in the company. Like my ex-colleague Lior once said to me: CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is everything!

I appreciate all my colleagues’ coaching and assistance.

I’m proud of the consistent effort I’ve put at work (although I can be a bit clumsy sometimes).

I’m pleased with all my clients’ feedback on different channels such as Google Map, E-mail and Business WhatsApp.

Most importantly, I’m grateful for the company’s recognition, especially for the sponsorship for my Skilled Work Visa application, which I’ve submitted to UKVI. I’m expecting to get the decision by early November.

In conclusion, as long as I’m still in Breitling UK, I’ll keep learning and developing the skills that contribute to my team and the company. You know I won’t stop here – let’s do more gold together!
